55 Plus Club This ministry is financially self-supporting. Each member is are asked to contribute $10.00 per calendar year ($20.00 per couple) to cover the cost of postage, meeting refreshments, meeting equipment such as playing cards, dominos, etc… The cost of outings are paid for by participating members on an actual cost basis. Interested parishioners can join "55 Plus" by attending a meeting or, call our secretary Eileen De Ville, 770-962-3379. |
| Blue Star Fan Club: Family and friends of our troops have joined together to provide mutual assistance and comfort to our active duty military (overseas or at home) and their families who are coping in their absence. The BSFC is sending out care packages to our overseas troops, seasonal cards and letters and other forms of support that the group deems helpful or necessary. BSFC members will coordinate fund raising and donations for care packages with the entire congregation, especially during fall. You may contact us at bluestarfanclub@saintmonicas.com |

Boy Scouts Troop 827
(click here for details) Boy Scout Troop 827 are sponsored by the Catholic Church of Saint Monica and meet on Monday nights. The Boy Scouts of America is dedicated to preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. At Troop 827 we accomplish this mission by providing all Scouts with fun outdoor activities, a learning environment, and the opportunity to develop leadership skills with their peers. |

Cub Scouts Pack 827
(click here for details) Cub Scout Pack 827 are sponsored by the Catholic Church of Saint Monica and meet on Monday nights. A family- and home-centered program for boys in the first through fifth grade (or 7, 8, 9, and 10 years old). Cub Scouting's emphasis is on quality program at the local level, where the most boys and families are involved. Fourth- and fifth-grade (or 10-year-old) boys are called Webelos (WE'll BE LOyal Scouts) and participate in more advanced activities that begin to prepare them to become Boy Scouts. |

CANA Group
(click here for details) This is a group with broad appeal: young married couples and those who are young at heart who desire through association with other couples (and sometimes their kids) to develop close, loving Christ-centered marriages. Activities of the group are social and spiritual in nature, and include family-oriented parties, sponsorship of blood drives, and our annual St. Valentine's Day vow renewal ceremony and dinner dance. |

Career Network Center (click here for details) In today's economical times "job loss" is a well-known fact. With mergers, shutdowns, and cut backs, many find themselves searching for a new career or job. The Career Network Center is a vital ministry designed to assist people from our parish and community in their job search efforts. |
| G.I.F.T.S.: Growing in Faith Together Single is committed to developing a greater sense of community among single adults within our parish. We will provide ongoing faith sharing through weekly gatherings, identity opportunities to provide service to single adults, contribute to service projects within church community and offer opportunities for Christian fellowship via social gatherings such as community activities and retreats. |
